Description
Mental Health Support
Whenever you enter into a Rahabs Sisters space, chances are, youll see a group of folks laughing, listening and voicing struggles around a table discussing the week's moments of hardship, flutters of hope, and ways to navigate lifes challenges.
We offer a weekly support group facilitated by mental and behavioral health professionals. This confidential and therapeutic space is a time where Guests can share, connect, and grieve together. Guided by a counselor, it is also a place to support each other, learning and practicing ways to navigate through their individual journeys.
"I have to keep drying my eyes thinking about all the selflessness you ladies have demonstrated. You have basically improved my life, and I have only known you a few weeks. I am humbled and very grateful, and I just wanted you to know that this Portland woman is feeling your love. Thank you."
Our goals are to increase and foster a greater sense of self-worth, build resilience, and create a peer-to-peer network to support each other beyond Rahabs Sisters gatherings. This effort is to ultimately provide the resources and tolls to self-sustain, empower Guests to gain control over situations and issues when they arise.
