Description

We have separate programs for men and women. While we originated as a faith-based program, we do not discriminate against any religions or beliefs and any faith based activity is optional. We have over 10 warm welcoming homes that specialize in emergency, transitional, and bridge housing for adults. Our unique program allows participants a longer stay so they have time to heal and meet their financial, mental and physical health goals—ultimately leading to stable permanent housing. We provide physical resources like food, and clothing, Case management, Group and individual counseling, Career mentorship, Life-skills workshops in areas like meal prep, cleaning, fixing, budgeting, medication management, and offer tools to inspire independence and long-term healing.
