PRENATAL CARE COORDINATION (PNCC)
Sisters Helping Hands Prenatal Care Services, LLC. was established in 2021 by two sisters and moms looking to empower other women to be their best self. We pride ourselves on supporting our clients and helping them reach their goals and dreams through community resources, classes, and one on one meetings. We were always that go to person when someone was looking for advice or wanted to know how to get things done so we thought we would combine our love for helping others and finding resources together and start our company. Now we get to give our knowledge and know-how to not only our family and friends but our community as well.
Prenatal Care Coordination includes all of the following:

- Outreach
- Initial Assessment
- Care Plan Development
- Ongoing Care Coordination
- Health Education & Nutrition Counseling (for clients with an identified need)

CHILD CARE COORDINATION (CCC):

Our services don't just end once your baby is born. Our CCC program provides ongoing community resources and referrals after your baby is born. These referrals and resources consist of childcare, employment, clothing, housing, food, & more.
