Description
Women & Childrens Shelter:
Moms with up to four children (ages 0-13) are welcome to stay at the shelter for up to 12 months. We offer individual rooms for families, providing a stable home as moms attend school or seek employment and permanent housing.
Care Center:
During designated times, our front doors are open as a community resource for our neighbors. If anyone has an emotional, spiritual, or physical need, we offer guidance. This can mean anything from pointing them to specific programs, offering hygiene kits, and helping with state IDs, writing referral letters as they seek employment, or even providing bus fare. Open Monday-Friday, 10 am -3 pm
Sunday Worship: All are welcome to join us Sunday mornings as we carry out our shared goal of proclaiming the kingdom of God in Roseland. On Sundays, we serve breakfast at 9am to the hungry and homeless, and then worship together with a lively gospel service. Worship at 11 pm
Summer Camp: This free 4-week camp, which runs Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9-2, offers a structured curriculum for ages 5-13. Students have a blast enjoying Bible lessons, art, music, recreation, field trips, and science activities. Lunch is provided. Monday Friday, 10 am to 3 pm
Youth Group: Youth Group for 6th-12th grade meets twice a week to listen to music, hang out, play games, enjoy Bible lessons and discussion, and share a meal together. We can arrange a ride to the program, or you can just show up. Thursdays 5 to 7 pm, Saturdays 10 am to 12 pm.
