Children & Family Program:

Our Children, Teen and Family Program is designed especially for kids and teens living with cancer themselves or who have cancer in the family and is built upon the five pillars of our program model: support, healthy lifestyle, education, social opportunities, and information and referral. We utilize age-appropriate support and educational activities.

A Cancer Support Community for Everyone
Gilda’s Club South Florida offers free professionally-led support groups, healthy lifestyle activities, workshops and lectures, social events, and resources for men, women, and children whose lives have been impacted by cancer. Our program is designed to help people with cancer and their family and friends deal with the physical, psychological and emotional challenges of cancer.

At Gilda’s Club you’ll find a welcoming, supportive, and uplifting environment. It is a place of understanding where knowledgeable staff and compassionate volunteers “get” what you are going through. This is a place where people impacted by cancer gather, connect and learn – together we use the power of shared experience and our collective wisdom to support one another. Our program honors all viewpoints and encourages members to create a customized plan based on their personal needs. We welcome you to come as you are.
